How do I get my subscribed copy of the Value Creation and Future Division Times delivered?

There are two options of delivery from which you can select one at the time of subscribing:

  • Delivery through Uncrowned Heroes Network — Your copy will be delivered by your UHG coordinator. Please check with your local leaders about the UGH coordinator in your region/city.
  • Delivery through Courier — By selecting this option, your subscribed copy of the journal will be delivered to your postal address with additional courier charges.

I have just subscribed for Value Creation/Future Division Times. When will I get the first copy?

The 5th of each month is the cut-off date for the commencement of the subscription. For e.g., in case you subscribe before the 5th of January then you will receive your first subscribed copy from the month of February. However, if the same is done after the 5th of January, then you will receive your first subscribed copy from the month of March.

I paid for one subscription, but I am receiving two issues. What should I do?

This happens if you have tried to renew the subscription while you still have an ongoing subscription and entered the same as a ‘New Subscription’ instead of ‘Renew Subscription’. In such cases, please write to us at Subscriptions@eternalganges.com giving your contact details and MDS ID to hold your second subscription till the ongoing subscription ends.

How can I receive previous issues of Future Division Times and Value Creation?

You can buy the old issues from Eternal Ganges outlets (as per stock availability). Please see the list of outlets at https://www.eternalganges.com/webcontent/partneroutlet.

Can I change my subscription from Value Creation to Future Division Times/Future Division Times to Value Creation?

We sincerely regret that option of switching subscription from Value Creation to Future Division Times and vice a versa is not available.

Can I cancel a subscription after the delivery of one or more issues?

We regret but the active subscriptions cannot be cancelled. For any concerns related to subscriptions, please write to us at Subscriptions@eternalganges.com

Can I deposit the payment directly to your bank instead of making an online payment?

  • You may also courier the subscription form along with your cheque to our head office or any of our branches.

I am not being able to make online payment, what should I do?

What should I do if my subscribed copy has not arrived?

  • In case you have opted for delivery through UHG Network, you can check with your respective Region/City UHG coordinator.
  • In case you have opted –for delivery through Courier mode, you can call Eternal Ganges helpline number 7290018255 during Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm) or write to us at Subscriptions@eternalganges.com giving your contact details and MDS ID.

How can I check my subscription validity?

There is an option ‘Know your Subscription Validity’ on our website homepage, and on the subscriptions page www.eternalganges.com/subscription. Under this feature, the validity of the subscription can be checked using MDS ID and verification through an OTP which will be received on the mobile number registered with MDS.

How to get my BSG Member ID?

You can send an SMS “MEMBERID” to 56677 from your mobile number registered with MDS to get your MDS ID

When should I renew my ongoing Subscription?

It is recommended that subscriptions should be renewed at least two (2) months before the month of expiry. EG also sends SMS and e-mail alerts to subscribers, informing them that their renewal is due.

Can I change the period of my ongoing subscription?

We regret that you cannot change the period of your current subscription. While you are renewing the subscription, you can select the desired period of subscription. In case of any concern please write to us at Subscriptions@eternalganges.com

How can I change my shipping address if I have opted for subscription?

  • For delivery through Courier mode — You can get your address changed by writing to us at Subscriptions@eternalganges.com and which should be done in the first week of the month so that the next month’s journal could be shipped to your new address.
  • for delivery through UHG coordinator — Since your subscribed copy is delivered in accordance with your current MDS structure, you will receive your copy in the new MDS structure if you have shifted out of the region/city. Do you have an e-version of your publications?

Yes. We have e-versions of our journals, Value Creation, Future Division Times, and some books. Please visit www.egdigital.in to know more.

The EG Reader can be downloaded for: Windows, Mac and Linux Desktops, Android phones, Tablets, iPhones, and iPads.

What are the available options of subscribing to the e-VC/ e-FDT?

e-VC can be subscribed for:

  • 1 year/ 2 years/ 3 years
  • As an add-on to an existing print subscription at an additional nominal charge
  • As a new subscription combo of both print VC and e-VC.

Can I purchase the e-edition of Value Creation and Future Division Times if I live outside India?

Presently, this facility is not available for subscription outside of India.

Can I contribute articles to Value Creation/ Future Division Times?

Delivery

I just placed my order online. How long will the delivery take?

Please allow us 5 to 7 working days for the order to be dispatched from our end. Thereafter, it’s the transit time taken by the courier to deliver at your doorstep.

I am unable to place an order on the website as my destination PIN code is showing unserviceable. What should I do?

What are your courier charges for subscriptions/ orders?

The courier charges are dependent on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Once the address is entered while ordering on our website, the courier charge is automatically calculated and shown on the checkout page.

What is the status of my order? Can I track my order?

In case you need an update, please e-mail us at sales@eternalganges.com mentioning your order number which you would have received in our acknowledgement mail. At present, the tracking facility is not available on the website. Furthermore, once your order is shipped and the shipment is out for delivery, then you will receive an SMS alert from the courier company.

Changes Or Cancellation Of Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order is placed and payment is made the order cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of any concern, please write to us at sales@eternalganges.com

How do I claim replacement or refund in case of damaged or defective items?

Eternal Ganges ensures that items delivered to the customers are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item(s) may have got damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered. In such a case please email us at sales@eternalganges.com with following details:

  • your order number
  • contact details
  • a short description of the nature of damage or defect, preferably with an attached picture
  • please mention if the package received from the courier was also damaged from outside or not.

In only such cases as mentioned above, we will provide replacement at no extra cost, provided that the request is made within 15 working days of placing the order on our website. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. We reserve the right to collect the items that were originally shipped to you, and which will be at our cost. No replacements will be allowed for orders, except for the reasons given above.
