Shin'ichi returns to Hawaii and the mainland and purchases the first Community Center in East Los Angeles.

Chapter 3:  Early Spring
Shin'ichi travels to Europe and establishes Chapters and Districts in several major cities where there were members.

Chapter 4:  At the Helm
Shin'ichi cancels his meeting with President Kennedy because of the small-mindedness of the political leaders running Japan.  It was clear that they were motivated by nothing other than jealousy.
